Went to the Korean place near home off telegraph. Korean kitchen. I enjoyed I feel an emergency nap coming.

Had kimchi for the first time.....I don't know what to think. I had to kept eating more to wrap my mind around it. It was cold, and gross, and spicy, and slimy, and good. Ill have to do it again to make a verdict.

Beef and chicken seemed marinated like most Asian shops. Onion, mushroom, soy, chives. It was tasty though.

Ate some sprouts with red stuff on it. My mouth immediately rejected it. It said "that's not food" I forced it in and I couldn't taste anything in there I liked. Ill never do that again...

There was also that little fish stuff my grandparents used to make that I would never eat. Dah-ing or something like that. I didn't touch it.

I didn't. Wait what is that? I may have. A bunch of things I didn't order came out in little bowls.

On an unrelated note. There's an old Filipino guy at seafood city down here who's name is.....wait for it.... Mar.

Soju is kinda like Korean vodka. Its a distilled liquor.

kimchi is awesome . . . I have some in the fridge right now. There is a pickling outfit that goes to local farmers markets that makes a pretty damn good kimchi. Spicy and garlicky and delicious

I think I struggled with the kimchi because its a cold item. I sort of expected a warm food.
