I did not know about the NPPL.
Then we should do it the 21st.

I voted for the 21st since I can't make it on the 14th.

I think that it's going to be the 21st because of other events

This still going on? I need pricing dates and links for pre-purchase so I can finish up the flyer.

Thanks

Conserve And Conquer Part Deux

Sunday April 21st

SC Village Paintball Park

This will be another one of our great private events! You will need to register and buy tickets for this one. Price is one ticket for $30 in advance or $35 cash the day of the event (the incentive is for you to pre-register and help us hit the field sooner). PLEASE NOTE: If you have a membership at SC Village you DON'T need a ticket for this you just show up and check in with your membership like you normally do and then you are INVITED to join our group but you can buy raffle tickets for $1 each). Your ticket price includes entry/all day air and two raffle tickets. Raffle prizes are still being worked out but at present we have two different cases of paint to give away, several paint grenades, and are working on some other fun items. We will again also be giving out three trophies at the end of the day and will have a photographer, video, and our own referee or two.

We'll again be limiting ammo to 50 rds per game and it seemed to work out well when we just brought caddies and pods out on to the field and refilled between matches. It actually let us run 3 or more games back to back to back versus having to head back and fill up on paint and air. Lots of folks REALLY liked that. It meant we got in more games and less walking between fields! We would also like to know what fields at S.C. you would like us to hit and we can make sure we put those on the list (majority rules and subject to availability...one nice thing about getting to the fields that are NOT requested as often is that we get more games in and longer games since less people are waiting for them and WE don't have to wait for others to get off of them).

We will also be requesting the same great refs we had last time and the head ref we had was also the same we had at Autocockers Versus the World.

I'll have paint grenades available again as we just got another shipment of rubber tubing. We'll also have three more trophies to hand out! So let us know what YOU think we should have them for? Last time we did Best New Player (I like to select a kid for that one), Best Melee Kill, Best Grenade Kill. But we could do a best custom gun or best dressed? It's up to you! We do this ALL for YOU and it's ALL for FUN! So we want to hear from you!

Registration will begin promptly at 9am (you can help...please print out and bring your waiver so speed things up) and we'll be taking the field at 10 sharp. If you're late then you will need to register in the main office and reference this event and/or wait for us to come off the field. This way folks who arrived on time and prepaid are not kept waiting for any stragglers.

Please download and fill out waivers BEFORE coming to the event. This ALSO slows down the check in and registration process so we need your help with that! If you can bring some extras for your guests that also helps! Make sure you fill out the form entirely to include your birth date so we aren't chasing folks down for incomplete waivers. The SC Village waiver can be found here http://www.scvillage.com/scvwaiver.pdf

For those that have not been to SC Village before...there are picnic tables but most people stage out of their cars. We recommend that you bring plenty of water to drink to avoid heat exhaustion. You can buy food from the lunch truck if you want hamburgers, hot dogs, burritos, chips/sodas or you can bring your own food. SC Village also allows folks to BBQ in the parking lot. We mostly prefer to spend time playing rather than cooking but if you or your guests are so inclined you may do so. The lot can get really full and busy so it is unlikely that we will all be able to park together but I will try to reserve a few spots near where I will setup our blue eazy up with our sign you can look for.

We do recommend you try to get their early to get good parking and if you are self equipped...you can help by getting there early and getting yourself and your guests guns' Chrono'd (if you have your own equipment...if you are renting then again try to get their early as that takes time and you will need to do that with the folks in the office and Chronoing is not required for rental guns).

Looking forward to seeing you all again and meeting some new folks that missed this event last time!

Ticket Sales are NOW Available through meetup!!! So lock in your tickets for you and your guests!

Please feel free to contact us with questions/comments/concerns or to provide feedback on fields at SC, Trophies, etc. We would also like to lock in a photographer for the event so contact me if you're available or know someone!

I'm interested in this and will keep an eye on this thread. I played the Cockers Vs. The World game and had a blast and SC Village is kind of a second home to me anyway.
