Or a k frame you can attach an L stock to...

I would have to say a P68 is probably too long for a k frame if you're concerned about the balance, but it has been done. I have a wire stock on both my P68 and PMI 1, but I'm still wanting a k frame for the PMI.

But I like the way the P68 looks with the wire stock.

That's what I am doing, except it's a Palmer nasty Painter and a titanium stock.

I'll keep it brief. My shift today has me away from the computers:

Anyway, I owe festa for his help. Sticking with me while I had locked trapped my keys in the trunk of my car. A tow truck and a locksmith later, it can't be towed or picked because my specific year was the start of bmw putting immobilizer tech in their cars. I had to order a key from a dealer and the car itself is still at camp p.

Oh! I also had the idea of removing the seats to climb into the trunk. After festa and I got one off we were greeted with a steel wall and what looked like an impenetrable weld job.

The good note of the story is the impromptu MCB meetup that developed at the bleachers. Pumps and pieced together markers always scream mcb. Shout out to mike and rin (or Rick? Correct me if I'm wrong) . I never saw shogo, I was too busy sulking in my situation.

oh, ok - i think i see the issue...

i had to read the whole post 3-4 times in order to get this to be absorbed by my brain in the proper context...

that sucks, though; if there's one think i always worry about when playing, it's 1) loosing my keys, and 2) having the car not start when it's time to go.

just hope that the dealer doesn't/didn't bend you over too far on the new key and/or programming... scion quote me something like $300 for the key and an hour of labor... i know how long it takes to program a key, and it ain't no 'ing hour

Lol. Like that time in my photo studio class I used the term "money shot" to describe something. Every one stopped and stared for a moment. There was a Bi-guy and a gay-guy in the class and both asked, "are you sure that's the word you wanna use?" Awkward followed from there on out.

I only ordered a masterkey to get into the trunk. I wasn't gonna order a whole new driving key. That's about 200 or so. The masterkey cost me $62. Ordered it from a dealer Saturday evening, so it got processed today and it's not ready until tuesday or wednesday, maybe. No work or labor. It's one of those factory made to order items from the VIN. Sad they can't just stock blanks and cut them as needed on site. Could save people time. And headaches.

doh donut heh

was hilarious for us down at the Pen - Suma had his heart set on qualifying (winning a spot in a playoff for vegas) so we rolled in there a tad early. Ran into the team captain who was there for the singles qualifier also and was intent on makin it - the only guy who didn't give a mouse fart about making it (me) qualified first lol

was a fun day but I would have loved to make it down south to SD - sadly without a spare driver I cant risk the leg blowing out (too many times it has) and by the time I saw Festa's post up I was already committed to making it out to the Pen lol.

another day - sometime soon for sure =)

two traditional things to avoid

Injuries and locking keys in cars!

=)

I won't be making that mistake again. I'll get the electronics on the car fixed. My key used to stay attached to me but electric failure had me change procedure....
