Ok let me start off with this by saying that I am new to the e-trilogy. I'm very experienced with mech cockers, tippys, spyders, bushies, and angels. But I don't know where to begin with this one. Here's the issue:

I got this e-trilogy in a trade and today I wanted to just check out the electronics and make sure everything was ok. Well I stuck a brand new battery in it and the solenoids seem to work fine. Eyes were working too. But here is the thing I can't figure out. I went to check and make sure that it would fire and I couldn't cock the marker. I mean the hammer wouldn't budge! I could move it forward and engage the valve pin but it would not move back. So then I took the velocity adjuster off to look down at the hammer and see is something was in the way and everything looked fine. So I loosened the rear frame screw and gave the hammer a good tuck and it moved back. (very roughly) So I then pull the trigger and the solenoid clicks but it stays cocked. I also check the arm that operates the three way to see if it is moving with the solenoids and that's not moving either. So I'm clueless as to what is going on.

I mean I don't know how this thing is suppose to act when it's not aired up. I also don't know how the sear engagement screw works in the e-trilogy. Heck maybe everything is fine and I just need some air. Either way, some help would be great. Nothing is worse than going out to the field and nothing working.

I only works with air, it uses air from the lpr to move the timing rod and the sear, the clicking is just the solenoid opening and closing.

As far as the hammer not moving the hammer lug may be too low and not able to clear the sear to pull it all the way back.
