One killer for me is the lack of adjustment on the stock Sledge LPR. Weren't they supposed to come with a Tickler setup?

Nope, those are the stock pneumatics, and remember that they are internally adjustable.

I know that - but all the Evos I've seen had an external adjuster on the LPR.

on the earliest eclipse/belsales mechs, the Sledgehammer, STO ram and CT 3way were the stock pneumatics.

eventually Belsales introduced the Twister Kit. It is the end cap that comes stock on the newer Belsales LPR's with the adjustment knob and spring. THis twister kit could be installed directly onto the Sledgehammer LPR to give you external adjustment. Eventually, but before the Newer Redesigned Evo LPR came out, they came stock on the Evo's/Eclipses that had the Sledgehammer LPR.
