Question Building a Cocker

Ok so I'm thinking about building a custom pump cocker [=)] but I wanted to know some things. Ok so first I wanted to know if it would be more accurate than my CCI Phantom or better in some way (easier pump stroke?). Also, I was looking at building a 2005 Black Magic cocker and converting that to a pump, is there a pump kit out there with or w/o a hitman mod that's relatively cheap that I can do this with? Also, what are the internals that I would need to buy? I was going to get a single trigger frame but what bolt, rods, hammer, ect do I need to buy? Thanks a bunch and I hope I can build a cocker soon.

If you plan on using the 2005 black magic body you will need to use quite a few of the stock internals as the valve is 11/16, and the hammer is made for a midblock. Much as the bolt.

More accurate: That's mostly about paint to bore match and consistency so possibly yes, possibly no.

Cheap pump kit: Check out jcurt's econo kit.

What internals would you need to buy: NEED, none if you have the stock internals. If i had a choice however i would get a CCM lower tube kit which includes a valve, valve stem & nut (i think) hammer. Also, the bolt doesn't make a huge difference on a sniper platform other then weight.

EDIT: Saw the above post and forgot that the 05 BM is weird and has the 11/16th valve and midblock bolt, hammer and pump rod ETC...

Upgrade parts: CCM lower tube kit and polish the internals..

Sorry let me clarify. I'm going to buy an 04 prostock body with the back block, and vertical asa. Then I would get a trigger frame with a slide trigger and grip. I would then buy a barrel and a pump kit plus an in line regulator and a ASA. What I need to know is what internals should I buy to make this gun shoot, like pump rods, hammers, springs, kits, bolts, ect...Sorry for the bad commounication, my bad.

so your buying/have a body.

nothin else?

i love the ccm 45 single triggers.
i love the ccm kits, but i was impressed with the sanchez brick one and jcurts are very cool too

everybody loves ccm lowers, but i do like throwin a brass ivg (easier to adjust)

barrel wise, find somethin with multiple inserts/sizes or somethin small
underboring helps with accuracy and roll outs i rock ccm and freaks, both work very well

bolt, delrin just because they dont require lube and wont gall the breech

oh ok, in that case here is what you need (I MIGHT be missing something but i don't think so... and the pump rod comes with the pump kit that is why it isn't listed.)

Valve
Valve spring
Valve stem
Valve nut
Hammer
Hammer spring
IVG (or Rex Dialer kit)
cocking rod
Bolt
Bolt pin

As for brands, I would say just go CCM all the way...

EDIT: Dangit ninja'd again... Super stanchy nailed it...
