Have you tried loosening the cocking rod to adjust the hammer lug? My bro won a 97 at the nationals in Fl and the hammer was drilled through so once timed the cocking rod locked it in place.

Ok that worked i wasn't thinking about it since i used the cocking rod to line the allen with the lug

Ok one final question. What kind of bolt should i order? i ordered a pre-2k without thinking about it being a STO style back block. So do STO autocockers have their own bolt or is it under another style?

*EDIT* took the delrin bolt i purchased and the air hole matched up in the front so i just re drilled the pull pin hole farther in to match them up and seems to work great. Gonna go test it this weekend. Also a pic of the chipping original bolt(causing serious drag).

going to cut back off later to make it look better.

measure between the pin and air hole and let me know I've got a ton of bolts here, I'll check to see for sure which one it is.

ok from the pin hole to air hole is 3 inches.3.5 for stock 2k. and who knows for pre-2k since i have cut the bolt already but was definitely more than 2k.currently it seems to be doing well with the bolt i made ill test it out this weekend at the field

Nice pick-up! Its def. a custom or Fred Schultz, not an evo. In addition to the sight rail milling the lower body as also been rounded. It does take evo/sto length bolts. Compulsive was selling a belsales aluminum one for $18 and I believe that came with a bolt pin.
