Black Magic Ergo reg - leaking from the vent hole...

What is the issue? I replaced all the o-rings - but no joy. Help!

Mine did the same thing a while back: The urethane reg seat was damaged. Flip or replace the reg seat and you should be good to go.

It's more likely that it's the o'ring that separates the HP air chamber from the washer stack or the piston o'ring; reg seat would most likely cause creeping issues. Run some oil through it, it might just be a dry o'ring.
