I'm with you.. my GX4 was set up by the local shop when it was brand new and hasn't been worked on since- shoots reliably and great with the only adjustments needed is the velocity!

and to keep it legit...
YKYSACW.. only one person at hte field knows what you are shooting...mostly b/c his father used to work for WGP knows everything about cockers

Its getting a 12-year old unused Cocker timed, lybed, set up, and new orings that takes a while. I get one leak fixed and discover a new one.

And what do you Locktite on it?

I go to the field with nothing but my ccm s5 and never think twice about reliability.

.... when you have a tool box full of small pieces of mismatched different color pneumatic hose just in case you ever need them.

.... when explaining to a non-autococker-owner how the timing works takes so long that you just resort to saying that it is an automatic pump.

.... when you have little marks on your lens from the day when took off the beavertail and you forgot it at home.

Cool

When you've owned and shot the same 'cocker for 13+ years and the only original part left is the cocking rod.

When people see you ripping on a mech cocker and explaining to them how complicated they are (mostly rentals and not quite so tech savvy people).

When you find a cocking rod and decide, I can use this as the basis of a new build!
