Drops are personal comfort. They make a tighter profile for some. I still rock a drop on my cockers. I also really like the centered balance. Try each and see what you like.

Thank you, sir! That 2k1 black magic is my very first autococker. She's a keeper.

Better yet, I think you have a Worrlock. It's a rarer version of the Black Magic body. The ribbed spine instead of a sight rail gives it away. Beautiful marker!

Edit: Hm. I don't see the skull milled onto the spine; a trademark of Worrlocks. Maybe it's one of the limited edition kits WGP put out...

It's a 2k1, but not a worrlock. The worrlocks were drilled minis, and had a small skull in front of the feed neck. What makes yours different is the sight rail is milled off and your top milling is more intricate, running the length of the body. I've not seen the likes of yours before. I'd say it's still worth more than a standard black magic like mine. I'd value it at $275-$325, but I'm not solid on race frame prices since you just don't see this combo often. Might be worth more to right guy.

What would the hole on top be? There is also another one right at the base of the feedneck. Definitely a black magic though? Maybe with some super custom work? Let me take some pics of the trigger that came on it when I bought it. Maybe that will help?
