questions, hammer lug and pre 2k

whats the difference in a hammer lug being rounded or flat, performance wise?

if i wanted to run a pre 2k cocker on a low pressure say 250 psi would i just add an lpc inplace of the valve nut and respring it or would i hafta get it drilled out to 2k specs?

the flat ones were meant for eblade and round ones were meant for mech

spring and lpc will help, not sure if you will get to 250 psi. most 2k cocker are about at 275 and 350 range

I prefer a flat hammer lube on my mechs. The rounded lug can lead to the hammer slipping if it's not timed a certain way. A flat lug can be timed to release earlier in the pull and it's just as smooth as a rounded lug if it's been polished. Flat lugs are recommended for the Belsales Equalizer roller sear, and I'd recommend them for any roller sear.
