nope.
Pre 2k are different from 2k+
There are also a few weird sizes for certain guns as well. Others could tell you more about it.

There's pre 2k, 2k+, and evo length. Not sure if there are any more.

If it is a mech cocker a bolt upgrade is not going to change much. If you need a new bolt compulsive paintball, paintball gateway have plenty to choose from you need a 2k+ length, unless its a p block, then you will need an evo length bolt.

I own a pre-2k P block. So an evo length would work fine?

Some STO/EVO bolts will work, others will not, but because of the nature of of the different P-Blocks made it's not so cut and dry as to have a cutoff date. Technically they're all the same length from the hole but it's a matter of what your backblock will allow.

For example, a newer mid-2000s WGP STO/EVO length bolt would not work in a '98 STO because the depth of the backblock would prevent it from from lining up with the holes in the bolt. That said, an old Belsales EVO bolt would work perfectly fine in both markers.

Unlike a traditional 'cocker, you can't just swap backblocks to use different generation bolts, because the P-Block design varies from marker to marker and compatibility is key. You could always throw a full backblock and standard bolt on there, though.
