| Supernatural Anaesthetist | The Sleeper
I got this gun as a "parts box 'cocker" sometime last year. I sort of scavenged some bits & pieces off of it but recently decided to put it back together. In the process, I put on a new pump rod, stock 2k-ish ram, a black PPS Stab, an Extreme Rage roller trigger set, an old school venturi bolt, and a pair of lefty camo SP grips. It doesn't look like much, but it's timed perfectly (which is no mean feat considering it doesn't have the sear lug adjustment hole) and I have to really try to short-stroke it. I also won a full-sized Rock on eBay that'll let me tune down the pneumatics on this a bit. Right now, running the stock LPR, there's pretty serious recoil when the backblock comes back. ![]() ![]() Now I'm just waiting to get some freshly anodized parts back from Rainman to put together this guy's younger, smaller, lighter brother... |

| Supernatural Anaesthetist | Unfortunately, none of Smarty Parts' advertising ever promised that those grips would make my gun shoot farther, faster, flatter, or otherwise defy the laws of physics. All the same, they are mighty comfy. And the ER trigger kits give the smoothest trigger pull I've ever felt. Yeah, they seem wear a bit faster than even the stock parts (after only a couple cases, the trigger plates already pretty gouged), but for the price, I just stocked up on 'em and will replace as needed. I figure at the rate of usage, I should get at least a year out of each one.
