Running un-regged, spring questions.

Hey MCB, got a few questions about springs for ya'.

Seeing as it's hard for me to find Cocker reg parts for my original reg, I figured I'm just going to run it un-regged with a Crossfire 850psi output system (until I can afford a Sidewinder or a Stabilizer). Now since my Cocker originally had a reg this obviously means it needs to be re-springed.

Question is, what spring combo works best for high pressure use? I was thinking a hard valve spring and a light or medium main spring, for minimal dwell time and maximum efficency.

That's the right theory.

Start with the heavy valve spring and the light hammer spring, and if you can't enough velocity, step up the medium hammer spring.

“But Lord,” asked Gabriel, “Is this not too generous to these Canadians?”

And God replied, “Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them.”

Alright, that's what I thought from my Spyder days.
