'95 cocker springs

Are the valve springs in a '95 cocker the same as more modern ones? Seems the one I just found inside doesn't match up with ones from a Madman or WGP player's kit.

Cheers,
Kenny

I believe the valve spring is Sheridan based...

A 95 would still use the Sheridan main spring unless someone has threaded the lower tube to install the "modern" internal velocity adjuster disc thingy.

With the switch from the sheridan lower lug adjuster to the disc they switched to Nelson springs.

Schmitti: My cocker actually does have a nelson spring kit, so the mainspring is nelson style, but I noticed the valve spring was shorter than modern springs.
Cheers, for the input!
