  | What do you think? [IMG]  [/IMG]I'm planning on getting that marker anno'd when I recieve it. Though I realized that it's a STO body. I was considering getting it mostly all gloss, or dust black, with the ovals on the upper and lower tubes on either side an olive green. And possibly putting "Drachen" where the jewels used to be. Anyone else got any ideas on some color combinations that would look nice?

| Actually, I posted a WTB cocker bodies a while ago on here. That's what showed up. For not being timed, I thought it was a great catch ($70). Definatly be my "custom" keeper cocker.

  | Wow! You got a STEAL on that cocker for $70. Those grip frames are awesome, I love the feel of the trigger.  Personally I prefer gloss to dust anno, but that's just my thing. I bet it would look really cool to have a different color in the ovals. Black and the right shade of green would be great- be careful to choose a green that isn't too dark, or it might be harder to notice against the black. I'm not saying go with snot green either, all though on one hand that would be pretty cool... What about a really dark green on the body and black in the ovals? That way if it's an almost black dark green the black will look really neat. How would you have them put Drachen in the jewel spot? Engraving?

| Contrasting colors work best... if you can go with a lighter green it might stand out better. The Orange and Blue beast: orangecrush.bmp Now with Kapp pnues on chrome front block, soon to have a nickle male stab. That's what I mean by contrasting colors E

| Not sure about the Drachen part. Any ideas on what would look cool in there? I was thinking of a kind of anno writting, if that's even possible. I have no clue how they even anno to tell you the truth. Not sure if I'd want to get it engraved, though that's definatly a good idea that I haven't thought of. And I like the idea of doing it mostly green, with black ovals.

| You could possible mask it for anno... but it might be hard especially if the mask comes off in the acid bath. You may be better off doing a post ano laser engraving so that it would be raw in the engraving or do a new jewel. E

| Yeah, I'll probably end up getting it engraved. They can do different kinds of fonts and such when it's engraved right?

| I like that orange and blue. Though this marker I was planning on having it as my woods cocker. Already got a couple that stick out. Want something that blends decently. But still looks cool.
