trilogy w/full hinge hey I own a 03 outkast sniper, and it has an annoying full hinge frame with a scaloped double trigger. At the local shop there are remanufactured trilogy comps for $70 and I was thinking about buying one and swapping out the single hinge frame for the double on my pump, so the pump has single, and the mech has a nice chrome double. will the frame work with the trilogy's stock timing rod or does it need a new one?

| Why am I here...? | I stuck a hinge frame on my Trilogy, it just goes on straight up and works, however, my friend bought it from me and he said there's a trick to adjust the trigger pull, I dont know if that will mess up the timing, but I do know it goes on with no issue.

A swap should be easy, so long as both trigger frames are hinge styles, the 3 way timing should be very close. Minor amounts of adjustment can be delt with by adjusting the hammer/sear lug. IMO, the trilogy while a decent shooter as a semi, makes a REALLY NICE pump sniper that rivals much more costly markers ![]()

well I did it, but now I'm really screwed, it doesn't even actuate. EVERYTHING has been put correctly in place, but when I cock it and pull the trigger it just quacks like my sniper, and when it is not cocked, it leaks air down the barrel when I pull the trigger, I didn't mess with the reg or the pnuematics at all, please help me!

thanks a lot, I've almost got it perfect, but I'm low on air (can't time with co2!) and a tube sprung a leak, so I think I'll just let noxx55 do it, he charges so little anyway and is like a 15 minute drive from my house.
