| Your Opinions Please Well, got home today from being out all weekend, guess what Mr. USPS left on my doorstep! I'll give you a hint, when I unwrapped the packaging, it was in this box: ![]() Here's what was inside: ![]() Assembled: ![]() Serial #: ![]() It's totally bone stock, completely unmolested. For now. What I'm looking for opinions on is, what can I do to it, what should I stay away from? I'm not going to cut the body up, install an eye or electro it, I love the lines of the marker too much to mess it up. New trigger frame, pneumatics, internals, regulators, barrel? First things first, I'm off to learn how to time it since the previous owner says it's off. Does anyone have a how-to simple enough for someone in sales to understand? I'm in love with my new baby! She will be competing heavily with my SP1 for playing time. |

As far as upgrades, get another barrel or two, but leave the rest of it alone - those pneumatics are great just the way they are, and the internals are perfect unless you plan to go for ultra-low pressure. Another reg might be an idea - it's hard to adjust the stock one - but the stocker does work quite well, especially with CO2. Jordan

| 40 Oz. To Freedom | I would suggest getting a spring kit off eBay. You will also need to find an autococker valve tool you can access the valve. The the spring kit is $10. It makes the trigger lighter and smoother, reduces recoil, and increases consistency. It's the best upgrade you can get for an autococker and the only essential internal upgrade in my opinion. The only other thing I would consider right now would be a new 3way, but spring kit first. |

| I wouldn't even bother with that yet - and there's nothing wrong with that threeway. Get used to the gun first, then start monkeying with it. Please. Jordan

| Seasoned Member | very cool, I say loose the pneu cover and let that brass 3way shine! if you ever drill this for eyes, I don't know what will happen.. but yeah, it'll be bad. so don't do it.. cuzz you'll regret it..yeah.. a new bolt is always lovely though, delrin doesn't wear on the body nearly as fast, if at all.. and there are some pretty slick relativly oldschool bolts.. |

| Having taken it apart, the bolt almost looks rusty So a new bolt is definitely in order, probably will go with delrin.I'm not going to drill it for eyes, I have an Ion and a Spyder VS2, both more than satisfy my need for eyes. Other than that, it'll stay unmolested (this year). |
