Feed Port Milling

Can anyone identify this and tell me who used to do it the most?...I seem to recall that it was a mod done by one of the bigger names, but I can't recall who.

That looks like the milling on my LF sniper body. (yes, there is a sear lug locking access hole in the first pic...just hard to see from the glare)

I'd almost bet that's where it was done. I think the cocker milling was done wherever the gun was built, and with all the palmers goodness up front, I'd guess that's where it was built.

Hi Butch,
Looks like the milling on one of my older mini cockers which I was told was a BBT.

Need Help Identifing a Cocker I just picked up... - Custom Cockers Forum

Dan...could be. That 1/2 inch end mill walk along the bolt path on the sides looks the same. For the life of me though, I can't remember who did that cross looking cut on feed necks "back in the day"...I remember it as being almost a signature of sorts for that builder. I'm glad you got the sov stuff. Odd...I've got one of those feed extender thingies sitting right here on my desk...never was quite sure what to make of it. If the purple gun is a BBT, I wonder why it's not more extensively milled. That feed port is the only non stock milling on the gun.
