These would be perfect side Ram mounts

If only they had the right thread size.

Well they could be used like this:

These are normally used in turtle cocker applications, mid blocks, or just generally getting rid of the front block all together. Yes I'm sure they have a use for a PA sniper. Hopefully this will steer someone in the right direction. I'm sorry but I'm not paying $50.00 for someone to make me one or buy a pre made one. I'm sure if I look around,I can probably find these local at ACE,Lowes or Home depot.

Those would be easy enough to make. FYI those are just "tooling flanges" or "platform nuts" you can get them anywhere, most of time local...

Thats what I thought. As soon as I unpack my paintball stuff and find a ram I'll start searching for one. I just have to guage the ram threads and find the mount. Unless you can make me one for real cheap.

Just find one smaller and drill/tap it with it clamped in a drill press. DONT turn the drill press on, just use it to keep the tap totally square to the work. Rotate the chuck by hand.

You may also find those as "pillow blocks" in McMaster Carr's catalog or website. A piece like that would be pretty easy to whip out on a smaller mill if you have one.
