That top body looks alot like the body kits that I *think* WGP sold directly in the late nineties (like right around 2000). I only remember this because I wanted one at the time. Anyway, if WGP wasn't selling them as a drop in body kit, someone was in that time period. It defininitely is not a one-off custom, unless they copied a commercial body kit in exact detail. In fact, that one is even the color I wanted, silver to blue fade.

I will note that the backblock and feedneck are not what they would have come with at the time. It looks like a seperate piece has been slipped over the original feed.

Anychance that bottom cocker is a PMS I/II/III?

You're correct, the top cocker is a 99-2k WGP Body sold in kit form, probably at the AM open where WGP sold tons of those when they first became available. As far as Chris building it, if it's working chances are Chris didn't build it (longtime friend of Coles) but seriously though, he did at one point try to get a Cole Signature Series off the ground with the help of T4 (Tom Fore of Arsenal Fame) if memory serves me correct, but I don't think he made more than a handful of guns before moving on to his next project (Next Level products).

Nice looking gun regardless, I had two of those body kits, built both up and sold 'em locally, and as a matter of fact, one of the buyers brought the gun back into me back in November for a tuneup, he hadn't shot it since 2001. lol

Thanks for all the help.

I'm trading my 98c for the bottom one, hopefully I'll have some better pics up soon.

The bottom one appears to have a Nitro Duck slider frame, not a KAPP make.

I had a chance at one time to buy the top one for cheap once, nice pickups!

Linked pic..

Looks like one milled by Eaton machine. They do the Ripper milling and most of the stock Intimidator milling. The Species style milling around the barrel threading kinda gives it away.
