thin brass plate is for burst disks; they just punched them out of shim stock.

I've seen the star-holed part before, but cannot place it.

Reversible detents are for 98c I believe.

I think the double-sided ball detents are for BT guns.

The guy was manufacturing his own burst discs?
Frightening, but not terribly surprising.

Not really, it's exactly how paintball companies had them made. We did the same thing at A-1. As long as you buy the correct shim stock, you're golden.

The face of that Z valve should have a letter stamped into the metal. ie "W", "S", "G", "N" denoting the type of valve. Most were the "W" type, which was the standard. Though some of the valves from the Rental-Zs were not stamped.

Yes, they were from Rental Z's, and possibly an Icon. I've already sold most of these parts but I'm still trying to move the guns. If I get bored I may take one apart and check.

The rear sight thingy is from an Eagle 68 (ghetto duck). They took a spring fed tube magazine, but you could also just dump in 10 shots and flip the rear sight down and it would act as a stopper to keep them from falling out.

#8 is the back bottle asa to a gun called the Venom and the Delta. They were sold by TASO as the Venom and National Paintball Supply as the Delta. If you want more of them I have a box full...
