Mystery Bottomline

Hey all,

I originally picked this up on here a while ago, being told it was for a Euro grip. I've since discovered it's not for the Euro, and am at a loss as to what it might go to. Can anyone help verify what it's for?

Here are a few pictures I have of it:

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Russc, there were 2 Lonestar grips, right? I remember it seemed to fit on the Stowaway 2, but I think the screw wouldn't catch or something along those lines, so I figured the allignment wasn't correct.

Yeah, there were a few different companies making them. I'd assume that they would fit on the "Lonestar Ordinance" grips. If the screw isn't catching, that might just be a length issue.

Looks like one for a eurogrip, not a lonestar.

Aren't Euro blocks rounded where they mate with the grip?

If that triangular piece wasn't there, it would fit perfectly with the Euro. I think Russc is right. But weren't there 2 types of Lonestar grips?

Eurogrips have a football shaped area where the bottomline would fit into, so this looks like one of the ones for a Lonestar grip.

It's for a LoneStar I have one sitting right here for my VM. The reason the screw woukdn't catch might be the type of gun you are putting it on. VM used one thread while some of the others used something different. There are some knock-off LoneStar's but it should fit them also as long as they have the hinged trap door(which you have to remove for them to fit)! There is also the "M-16" grip that has the slidding door in case that is what you were thinking of.
That help?
