What kind of cocker is this?

Bought this for $100 to make into a nice pump. Was told it was a 2000 series Bob Long, but it just doesn't look like the others I've found. Any help would be appreciated :tarzan:

Still NO ID, No serial #, Dirk Gadberry?

The anno looks like it was done by the folks that did Bob Longs, but I don't believe that is one. I've never seen a SS 2000 with a P-block or shark gills like that one.

I agree, the P-block and additional milling is not standard for the Bob Long Signature Series 2000. It could be one they did custom or as part of a small special run... or something else entirely. I'd lean toward speculating it was produced by Bob Long's shop.

I'm with WilD. There are enough similarities to other Bob Long cockers (ano, pneumatics, HPR) to suggest it's a custom gun that came out of Bob's shop during that time.

Is the back block threaded on the back side for a screw in tourney lock that fits over the cocking rod? That's a pretty standard feature on later Bob Long guns. Here's an example:

It actually looks threaded for the cage.
Funny, these pictures look better then the ones you posted on Nation.

That seems to be the consensus I'm getting.

They are one and the same, still waiting for this gun in the mail.

Might just have to when Tampa or Cup rolls around

I realize they are the same pictures. The forum displays them better on my phone here than on the nation.
