My detective work sucks..Help me out lol
 

I have had this for a few years now and I have yet to have a good answer on what it might be. I have been told it was an ANS Tri-fade but I cant find any others when I do searches. I have checked nearly every picture thread on here, Pbnation and Custom Cockers only to find two pictures of similar milled guns but the posts never said what they were. So I have resorted to posting here for answers.

Looks like an STO body kit with some cuts in the side.... Almost anyone with a mill could have made those cuts.

It's a WGP STO body kit with the original anno that was sold around 98/99.
You would buy it from WGP as a body kit, and they had several different types to offer.

Yep, that is certainly a WGP body kit. They were available with at least three different milling styles that I remember and many different color fade annos. At the time, I considered ordering one with the diagnal milling pattern and a silver to blue fade.

I have the same body but mine is the dark red to light red fade with black splash. From what i have found is they were only sold as a body front/back blocks and asa. they werent a full gun release. I had to post it here to figure out what it was. Smoothest pump i own.

Yeah, they were marketed as an "upgrade" body kit for those who already owned an Autococker. The idea being those who wanted a "custom" gun could just order one of these and swap over their internals & pneumatics in lieu of buying an actual custom gun from one of the many shops operating at the time.
