WGP Ranger 5089 as in your photos belonged to JunglePeanut in Jan 2010 according the MCB archives. Thank you Google! You have to expect the community to raise an eyebrow to that kind of collection coming into your possession, and to expect questions about the provenance of the guns. As the members have explained, those are very valuable and collectable guns which must have belonged to a MCB member or were known to an MCB member. Revealing that info will certainly help in establishing the legitimacy of ownership. Welcome aboard, and good luck. WGP ranger question |

I sold that Ranger a while ago on Craigslist down here in Southern California. The guy who bought it did not seem to know a ton about it but seemed really into trying to buy some old/rare markers. I will say it was incredibly clean.

It's a hell of a pile but without know some more back story I would proceed with extreme caution. No offense to the op but it's very odd for a new person to show up randomly with such a large and expensive collection of guns.

Thanks jungle peanut for pointing out that you sold that gun on Craigslist. Actually all the guns I posted were guns my buddies father owned. His father had a stroke and his mother gave him all of his fathers guns, since he would not be using them anymore. So that's why all the guns were posted since we knew nothing about them. And now some of them are for sale on eBay under the seller 661fgarcia. So there's the backstory!!!
