What sort of Spyder or clone is this? I know I've seen one before.

Just looks like an old original spyder or a targa maybe.

Frizzle Fry 05-15-2013 01:06 AM

Agreed.

What I'm interested in is the the milling on the frame and body, which seems to be a factory job. I've seen another like it on the forums, but I can't remember where or when.

I'd tend to think the paintjob is "aftermarket" lol.

To me, it just looks like a custom milled and painted Spyder. I've never seen one with the same milling.

Frizzle Fry 05-15-2013 03:12 AM

Agreed on it being custom milled. I'm thinking it must have been a private label or something. I'm just sure that I've seen one before, and the milling is really clean (unlike the marker itself which is gross).

My Spyder One had similar milling on the lower tube, but not the upper. I'll see if I can find a pic...

Frizzle Fry 05-15-2013 02:17 PM

Was that the one with the little slots milled toward the front of the lower tube?

Wookilar 05-15-2013 03:46 PM

Yeah I think so. Still looking for pic, gun was traded long ago lol

the trigger frame screams kingman, but the enlarged end on the feed neck does not. I have never seen that on any spyder

The feedneck is unusual. The frame looks Spyder to me too save for the milling.
