What old hopper is this?

Checked Vintage Rex, nothing.
Thought I saw it on a web search, but forgot where!

Yup, Whaler if you want to unload it give me a howler. It should have inside the "magic fish lips" to make it an actual whaler.

Another Smart Parts product, which contains "magic".
This time: "fish lips".

I used an older "weenie" feeder without the "fish lips". I had no "magic".
I 5ucked.

Will know officially tomorrow when the mail carrier arrives.
I may hang onto it, may add 'panache' to the VM68 it is arriving with.

Not really an SP product, and the early ones had no fish lips, that one will though. I spent many hours building them back then, I'm sure the glue fumes are part of my problems now.

I am thinking I should charge a quarter just for people to peek inside!

Found this once I had a name for it:

Has the Magic Fish Lips! The flip lid has "Butler Creek Corp" Belgrade Montana. The slot between the Fish Lips is oriented for and aft.

You got yourself a Whaler, on later Whalers the lid said Whaler on it but earlier were scope covers from Butler Creek.

Excellent!
When I get some photos of it, to maybe add for Vintage Rex, should they be with or with out the vinyl tubing hose clamped to the Nibco copper elbow?
I know it is a proper elbow due to straight slots for jamming into the marker.
Much nicer than the hack job I use on my MAC-1.
