Mutant Nova?

I've picked up a marker and I'm not really sure what the heck it is.
The only markings on it are a couple of what looks like field rental numbers, and it says "ACI Sports" on the reg.
I bought it because I thought it might help me understand my Mayhem EC's problems, cuz this works and my Mayhem doesn't.

It looks like a cross between a Nova and a Mayhem. It takes Spyder barrels.
Thanks ahead for any help here.

Looks like the upper receiver from a PGI Mayhem, and the lower receiver/reg from an ACI Super Nova.

Thats definetly a SuperNova reg, but a Mayhem breech.
The oddball is the rear receiver cap. Does that have a dicer? Looks like a crude version of the one on the Mayhem.

So, possible that it might be a prototype, or also might just be a mixture of ACI and PGI parts?

i think someone was being clever. It takes normal barrels and it appears to be mechanical. Coolness.

Dude that's a PGI Mayhem rental from Tombstone! Mike Wood threw a bunch together for their old fleet.

The back cap is just a plastic cover for the 2 air hoses. It's mechanical. Well that's to say it's not electric.
I figured it would be something from PGI, but it takes Spyder barrels, not cockers, and the reg, although it looks like a PGI reg, says ACI on it.

I'd agree with Eli on this, it's definately a rental.
It works, but has a small leak. Looks like an on/off type of thingy in the top has a bad o-ring.
It's an odd size, gonna take me some time to track one down, me thinks.

If it takes Spyder barrels than the upper reciever is from the v1 Mayhem. Definately an oddball... talk to bsm if you ever want to sell it, he has every Nova decendent under the sun except maybe for this...
