I want to say that those went on a nelson based gun known as "The Savage". They didn't sell very well and are really rare if you find one. You'll have to look in older APG around 88" issues. Hope this helps.
Later,

I have never seen the Tippmann SMG catalog... where is that found?
I used to have one, but IIRC I sold it a while back. It was just a small catalouge of available upgrades, paint, technical videos, paintball tumblers, CO2 tanks, ect.

Dont forget, the Kp-2 Long barrel had a presurized chamber, for both 12 grams. Could it possible be of sheridan creation? When I look at it, it reminds me of the 10 round feed tube. Just a thought.

the dual 12 gram mod is a Mac1 mod (and is one that they will still do)

I thought it was a Tippmann product as well.
I used to own one back in the day, just don't remeber anything about it.
