Early LAPCO production model I would assume. Maybe a Prototype for the Ghost? Looking at it I would say a prototype. That's a cocker frame. I'm sure it grew up to be his adjustable frame. I would say a little beyond rare.Pump arm looks like a Ghost arm. I'll give you $20.00 shipped.

Those are lapco internals too. Pump handle may not be original. Any way to still get a hold of Colin? He was always good about answering questions regarding lapco markers. Could be this was just built up by someone who was a lapco fan or it could be a proto or low production model. Nice score either way.

Well, LAPCO had all the internals, and rear as upgrades.. Like putting Phantom parts on your nelson now....

The pump looks like an Outlaw pump handle... The body, is very telling, and looks familiar, but can not place it. Unique, so it shouldn't be hard to find out....

Hmmmmm.... Browsing through VintageRex and my photos, the pump is for a dual arm and closely matches my USI Deringer. The only bodies I came across with the side screws holding the valve body were Lapcos....

Thanks B, I was waiting for you to weigh in...

It could very well be a Wraith body. From all the Lapco pix on VintageRex, this appears to be a Ghost type body (the only one shown that has the front frame mount forward of the feed tube), and the pump arm appears similar. The ASA is the type shown on the Daystar....

Well, after stripping it down, cleaned and lubed, and replacing the orings, it chronos at field speeds easily using HPA in 15-degree weather.
