Kinda looks like a Hammer. Kinda has an old Kingman look to it. But it also has those same screws that CCI uses. Doesn't look like a Phantom due to a couple of things, the pumping arm mainly.

I agree, pump handle looks like wwp. And the wwp grip frames were similar to trracers, like this one.
