WTB: ANS Quickfire Trigger Plate and Timing Rod

Hey all!

I've got a gutless ANS Quickfire slider, and I need to get an ANS trigger plate for it. I hear they're proprietary. I also need a full length ANS timing rod, as understand those were smaller in diameter than standard rods, and I will need it to work with the ANS trigger plate. I could file down a stock rod, I guess, but that will be a last resort.

Thanks for any help!

Im assuming you got one of the kits.

Alot of the stuff to finish them is still available from ANS. including the timing rod.

But that said Ive always used whatever timing rod I had laying around when using a ans quickfire frame.

Aaah, well, I'll give them a call. I did indeed grab a kit. I'll be sure to test a timing rod when I get the chance. I'm going off what I learned in a quick search.

Edit: A quick look through their website shows that they do have timing rods. No ANS trigger plates, though.

The trigger plates are a little harder to find, but I believe all of them are a pre98 plate.

Research tells me that old standard plates (pre '98) will work, but there will be play. I would much rather nab an ANS plate from someone.

If you and fullofpaint choose to use a pre98 plate check baccipaintball for those. If you want to get real creative you can mod a post98 plate to fit

Ive had some of the NOS Q F trigger frames before and used the old WGP plastic trigger frame internals ( bought from Bacci).. I had to file some material off the plate but it worked fine. Note, The ANS sears were kinda soft in these so you would be better off with WGPs as they were made with a harder material..

If I can't get any nibbles for a proper ANS plate, I'll figure out a way to make it work! I appreciate evryone's help thus far!

[HINT] Since these are hard to find, they are quite valuable to me. [/HINT]
