I guess the couple i saw sell on here, including mine, were an absolute bargain. They were $450 for a stripped one from Bill. I wish i kept mine.

There was a rush of members selling the SR-1 when it seemed like the SR-1 would be something that CCM will continue to improve and sell to the regular market like all other CCM gun. But since then it doesn't look like Bill is making any more (at least right now) so i think the market price goes back up for a rare sniper gun.

There is also the issaue that most people may have put several hundred dollars adding pieces and parts to the base package.

I think it was more of that people realized they did not fit their playing style. I loved my SR1 but it just didnt fit into my style of play so i parted with it.
