wtb ACI tank Reg

I have a 114ci tank that is made by ACI, I need a tank reg for it. I needs to be an ACI reg because ACI uses differant thread size than everyone else in the world. Let me know if you can help me out.

I know this might be wrong... and that i might not have any idea what your are talking about. But agd can put there flatline regs on tanks for you for 200.I know that might sounds steap and possibly completly wrong, but the flatline does have duel regs, and adjustable output from 200-1200.

You're looking for a really old reg. Current ACI regs won't thread into the older bottles.

yeah I know, would it be safe to make an adaptor that would adapt a new style reg to this bottle, or am i out the $75.00 that I paid for the bottle and hydro testing?

Send me a PM and I'll give you Jerry's contact info. He may be able to rebuild the reg for you.

You def want an old ACi reg. I have two aci bulldog regs, and they use the standard threads found on all bottles (I have one in an air america bottle).

You might be able to have a machine shop make a stainless part that will adapt a new reg to the old bottle. It shouldnt cost much - maybe 10-20 bucks. This is providing that there is sufficient clearance between the types of thread.

If not... ill take the bottle off your hands for you, since i can make such an adaptor.

FYI

I'd be careful with any homemade parts. You don't want a 3000 psi bomb going off anywhere near you. If Jerry can't help you, be safe and buy a new tank.
