| Team On Target Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Central Florida | NIMH Charger with deans connectors I'm looking for a universal charger with the small "T" shaped leads...I believe they are Deans 2-pin Ultra plug...... I have 9.6V 1200mah batteries (8 cell?) .....Any help locating one would be great....Low cost is better...

| MCB Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: NC | try some hobby shops. that style of connecter is popular for remote control stuff. they'll have the charger you need. yep, 9.6V=8 cell. if it's a new battery, you need to charge it first at a 120mah(or lower) charge rate. after that you can charge it at a faster rate. when charging, keep track of the temp, NIMH don't like to get hot. when you feel it getting hot, unplug it. |
