Jeez you guys post fast on this forum, that’s great.
With time on my side (sense I’m waiting on the marker) I’m trying to find the best deal… just having a hard time finding a barrel. Also I was going to wait and see how the stock shoots. I don’t know how long the stock is, but if I ended up going with an after market barrel it would be stock length or a 14” maybe a 16” but that’s pushing. I saw a SL that had a Brass stick on it I assumed it was from Palmer I couldn’t find on there site. I also read some ware that a certain barrel can be adapted to fit the Sl, alls one needed to do was file the threads off. Cost.. hmmm I don’t know what that limit would be yet for me.

"I have a stock on int blue" ? You have a blue stock barrel?

just about any barrel can be lathed down to fit as long as there is enough meat on it. I currently have a Phantom barrel on mine (with a phantom pump to match) I used to have a brass J&J, but since sold it. I think I remember hearing that Blazer barrels can be made to fit without much effort, but I could be way off.
Good luck
