CCM eco pump kit for pre-99 Sniper

I'm putting together another pre-99 sniper and I would like to try out one of those CCM eco pump kits. I also need the some sort of adjustable nelson spring velocity adjusting plug. I've got everything else.

CCM Econo kits only come in 2k.

Well then, perhaps I should purchase one, then have my machinist buddy make a new center bolt piece for the block/guide ring thingy? I don't want to drill this body out. It's an unmolested mid 90s body that didn't get the sear lug adjusting screw hole drilled. I guess I could always go with the CCM deluxe kit like I have on my Blackie too...either way, it has to be CCM.
