So knowing nothing about reloading, what else (components?) would I need to get going. I've been saving my brass for 20 some odd years in the hope that I'd get my *** in gear to start reloading at some point. Looks close to what cabelas and Midway sell as starter kits.

Brass, powder, primers, bullets, and sometimes lube. Dies for your caliber, if not the ones included in this package.

Might be interested. How low can the cost get to reload .45 ACP a piece?

I didn't figure in the price of my set-up because I reload for personal enjoyment. But just figuring the cost of components it cost about half as much to reload 45acp as opposed to buying them off the shelf. Also I didn't figure buying powder or primers in bulk. I would say that would make it even cheaper.
Reloading 9mm you don't save as much due to the fact that they are fairly cheap but 380, 32acp, and most rifle rounds are cheaper to reload as well.
