Well, I got about halfway through this program and had to call it quits. This program will kick your butt until you burn your butt off, as it was designed. This is literally an insane workout plan and it WILL work if you do it. For me, I just prefer going to the gym. I paid $130 for the DVD kit and workout plan on eBay early this year and it's in great shape. There are a few scratches on one of the DVD's, but it stil plays through just fine. I would like to get $100 for the bundle plus shipping.  Trades of Interest: CCM AT Mini Kit(I can add) Paintball Pistols(Again, I might be able to add) Offer anything, it's hard for me to say no to a reasonable offer.
