you'll need a good radio and a good steering servo for a truggy or buggy. servos will cost $100 for good ones. you can buy cheaper ones that claim to be good like Hitech but i'd stay away from them if you can afford to. it's cheaper in the long run to buy a nice high end servo. i own JR, Airtronics, and Futaba high end servos and have never torn one up. the only servos i have broken are Hitech. they suck IMHO.
well im using spektrum servoes right now in it all i need now is the spektrum radio and reciever, which when i sell this car i will go a buy.

what's the torque ratings on the Spektrum servos?

im not sure on that but i do know that there the high torgue servos.

that's good then, they need to be high torque for steering those big truggies or buggies. a lot of people over look that.

both servoes thats in my nitro are high torques!

you don't need a high torque servo for the throttle/brake. you should use high speed servos for that... although they might be a little bit harder to drive but the response is awesome.
