SOG knife and tool

I was wondering if someone here would be interested it a SOG combo.
Great American made knives.
Ive got a Seal pup Elite in 100% mint shape and a
SOG Paratool multi-tool. I would put its condition at 92-93%.

The multitool fits snugly into the front pocket of the sheath. Makes a great carry set.

Id like to get 80$ shipped for both. OBO. These would cost almost twice what im asking new.
I still have the box and info for the paratool.

I can accept cash via Priority Mail or USPS money order.
Paypal too if you dont mind eating the fees ppcalc.com

is the sheath molle compatable, or does it just have belt loops? What kind of tools are on the paratool?
