Good if you have more HD devices than component inputs on the TV (like me). I can take pictures tomorrow if needed, but it's basically this, but with a Gamestop logo on it, and there are "Xbox - PS3 - Wii" markings on the selectors.  $10 shipped/PP within cont. USA |

I've got one and they work pretty well. Folks 10 bucks is a steal. Mine was $20 new at the store.
