On my education at Lernia V-mech school there is both machining and welding. I have been asking a welder to help me weld some aluminum to one of my broken PTe's. He cashed in on that favour now and had me make some part for his turbo engine project. Don't ask me what it is. I think it's a collar for the "pipe" (grenroer in Swedish) that goes from the bottom of the engineblock to the beginning of the exaust system. But then again. I coule be wrong.
