This is it, my favorite gun. If someone told me I could only keep one, this would be it. Just like with all paintguns, once in a while, a gun comes along that was perfectly built. It was made just like all the rest, except this one is perfect. For whatever reason all the parts work in harmony. This was my main gun for 6 years. To this day it would still be my main gun if not for my fear of hurting it.
This gun is almost a legend, appearing in photos and magazines all over due to the sheer amount of use it got in tournaments. People everywhere begged me to let them use it in tournaments I would not play in but be attending, and yes I did lend it out alot. Yes, this gun was that much better than all the others. The accuracy and speed of this gun is so much better than all the other Angels and guns (LED/LCD Angels, I have not compaired it to newer ones, yes it was more accurate than my autocockers). Even today no one knows why, but this was that lucky one in a million where it is perfect. Before you go shouting no gun can be more accurate than another, especially one of the same model, well every person that ever shot this one begs to differ. I will take the pepsi challenge with this thing. That is of course if you can actually catch me bringing it to a field anymore.
I was not the original owner. Bill James owned this gun before me for about 10 months when I bought it off him used for 1,000. He bought the gun at either the Zap IAO 97 or 98 trade show from the Warped Sportz tent. It came with a 14 inch Stainless Steel barrel which I replaced with a 12 inch All American. I also added a Kapp volumizer and a trigger guard to make it legal for tournament use. I have retired this gun in order to preserve it, but I still give it more attention than almost any other gun I own. I carefully check it constantly and run down the battery and recharge it every now and then to be sure it will always be working and ready whenever I may use it again.
