Excellent condition. Was kept inside the shop. No tears. And its never been folded. It will ship rolled not folded in order to preserve its integrity. I will include some heavy-duty 3M double sided tape as well from the shop. In case you want to hang it that way or make sure that any kinks are ironed out. We have multiple but we're keeping some ourselves
