Bought two of these from you on ebay for my phantom, one left hand one right hand, I really love them, it's a great concept. I even use it for stock class play (with 12rd desprung magazines). A suggestion though, some sort of slot or window for visibility over the breech would be great, so you can see when you're out of ammo. There's currently no way to tell how you're doing other than to mentally count your shots.

Good suggestion, you could remove the large set screw on top that covers the reverse feed hole for a window. It is mainly there to prevent dirt from entering the system but can be removed to allow for a visual indicator to paint availability.

Ah yeah I see what you mean. It gives me a bit of visibility, that's workable, thanks!

Have you also considered having a version that points the mag straight into the feedport? I made a hackjob of this way long ago for tiberius mags (dremel and epoxy and a destroyed Tiberius SA-8) and it worked great. It has a weirder aesthetic, but functionality-wise it gives a bunch of advantages. For one, if you open up the feedport, you can now shoot first strike out of a phantom. And for another, for tipx magazines if you line it up right, then when you get to your last shot, the ball pusher from the mag will stick into the breech and block you from returning the bolt. You'll be able to feel this in the pump, so you know you need a new magazine. (this is the mechanic that the xp3 and x1-p work by)

It is a thought and I will keep it in mind, just not too sure I like the idea of requiring non reversible modifications on the user end.

The modifications are just for first strike compatibility, the bolt jamming will still work with roundball without modification (Plus, getting extra phantom breeches is cheap!)

Universal Magfed adapters are now available, as well as feedneck upgrade kits if you already have a MAK adapter. Fully compatible with Gen 2 MAKs, partially compatible with Gen 1 MAKs.
MAKs are being converted to Gen 3, only difference is a cosmetic wedge on the tip to look more streamlined with the feedneck upgrade.

And its time to close this chapter in my life.

Rainmaker and I have pushed out several hundred adapters of varying types out into the world and I would like to thank everyone who has helped bring these to life and purchased an adapter from one of us.

I would like to keep this page up for part identification purposes if someone were to run across one of these adapters in the wild.

We encourage others to make their own styles of adapters. the adapters we designed require additional hardware to work with some parts requiring a minimum order so me simply giving out the design wont be beneficial in the end.
