For those of you that missed the thread in Collector's Corner, I made a run of brand-spankin'-new Montneel Z-series cup seals. Not rebuilt, not new-old-stock, not 3D printed, but brand new, solid CNC machined brass with the best quality new O-rings I could find.
And, by popular request, I also have those available in a complete rebuild kit, including one complete cup seal, one rubber bumper (the one that goes up in the sight rail) one power tube O-ring, one hammer O-ring and two valve O-rings. (The last three are all the same 'ring.
)
I even put up a quick video demonstrating a freshly-installed full kit, in 10°F weather with a siphon tank.
Ran two full hoppers through it- only part of one is shown in that video- without a single issue. No breaks, no stutters, no misfires and no jams.
The new cup seals alone will be $22 each plus $4 shipping inside the US, and the full rebuild kit will be $32, plus $4 shipping. (Same $4 shipping if you order multiple parts. Outside the US, I believe shipping will be $14.)
