Any idea what expansion chamber is on ther?

No idea, but it breaks into 3 segments, ASA threaded

There were a number of companies making that style of expansion chamber. All the pieces are ASA threaded and you can add on to them in order to make the chamber as big or as small as you'd like. Pro-Line was probably the most popular brand of these and they were called the "Pro-Span".
