Yup! The first time I played in 1986 I rented one of these. Figured out real quick I could run by anyone after they fired at me and missed, of course, that was when I could literally 'RUN' lol! I don't miss the $2.50 per 10 round tube of paint back then, but then again, shooting more than 20 rounds a day was crazy! -

For those who are learning about this PG pistol. This is the original style Sheridan PG pistol (the even older side feed tubes work the same). This is a manually cocked pistol before Sheridan had placed pump handles on them. It is cocked by manually grabbing and pulling the bolt back (in the center tube). When you pull the bolt back it allows the hammer to cock back (with an audible click) and a paintball to drop down into the barrel tube from the top feed tube. Once this occurs push the bolt back forward and once it's all the way forward rotate the bolt clockwise. This will move the cocking lug into a small recess on the left side of the underside of the barrel and prevent the bolt from blowing back and losing velocity when fired. Once fired, rotate the bolt counter clockwise (you cannot over rotate it fyi) and pull back on the bolt and repeat the process. This is how this works. PG stands for 'Paint Gun' and PGP stands for 'Paint Gun Pump' fyi.

It pre-dates the pump version, some were converted over to pump later. It is somewhat rare to still have the front sight. -

Sheridan Top Tube PG Pistol with OG Front Sight!
For sale my very old school Sheridan PG Top Tube Pistol with Original Front Sight! One of the really cool things (at least to me) is that these OG pistols have no marking on them from Sheridan. Just smooth tube all the way around. The OG front sight is a missing part of it on the right side but still sits nice and firm on the top. This was just rebuilt and has a new face seal in it as well and it works perfect! Barrel bore is smooooth and ready to go! Works great! Has safety ball and spring as well.
